Reviews and Ratings <br />
The resort offers a beautiful setting with well-maintained grounds and proximity to the beach. While the beach amenities were enjoyable and the kayaks were a hit with my daughter, I found the room experience lacking, especially given the price. The pool area was quite small and not very relaxing due to the presence of water guns, and the dining service was slow, which detracted from our experience overall.
I really enjoyed my stay at this resort, as the ambiance was beautiful and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The two pools were clean and well-maintained, but I did have an issue with my bill being higher than expected. It would have been a perfect stay if not for that billing confusion.
My experience at the resort was a mixed bag. While the location offered stunning views and plenty of family-friendly activities, the rooms and dining options left a lot to be desired. The staff provided excellent service, but overall, I felt the value for the money spent didn’t quite match the expectations set by the resort's branding.
I had high hopes for our stay, but we encountered several issues that dimmed our experience. While the rooms were generally clean and comfortable, the noise from a barking dog was quite annoying. The overcharged resort fee and construction work happening nearby were frustrating. However, I appreciated the housekeeping services and the overall beauty of the property.
The hotel experience was truly exceptional, with luxurious rooms and breathtaking views. The service was top-notch, making our stay feel personal and welcoming. However, there were a few drawbacks such as ongoing construction disrupting access to some areas, and the check-in process could use some improvement. Overall, it's a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the keys.
